Since 2015 the students of the International School of Zug and Luzern have an annual trip to Arusha in northern Tanzania where they visit and work at various projects which the have researched about before. These trips tie in with the International Baccalaureate (IB) CAS programme. The goal is to learn through service projects. In preparation for the trip, where on the trip and reflecting after the trip students explore the different stages and links of service like raising awareness or taking action. The posts on this blog aim to show some of the experiences and reflecting of the students going on this trip. We also hope to raise awareness on the projects we support.
