Day 24: From Durres to Golem (4 km, 0 vm)

I started my day with a dip in the ocean at around 6:30. There were already quite a lot of people promenading or running along the beach but nobody in the water yet. After I had breakfast I needed to look for a new hotel for today as this one only had one night available. I found one about 4 kilometres further down the road. After breakfast I slept another 2 hours. Then I got up and cycled along the beach. I got to the hotel at around 12.

Today really was a pure rest day. I slept another 3 hours in the afternoon. It was quite rainy. Good in a sense so I didn’t feel like I had to do or explore things. It was good to just rest for a day. There will be enough action again tomorrow.
